Bachelors in IT or any Similar Specialization
Experience:
Minimum 7 years experience
Language Requirement:
Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
Job Description:
- Implement the University’s IT strategy and execute the operational plans of the IT department at the College.
- Help define, review and approve IT infrastructure strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee IT staff, distribute tasks and evaluate their performance.
- Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to the hardware and software to ensure performance, outcomes and productivity quality performance.
- Provide for staff and students of the College the required training on the utilization of IT equipment and software.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by line manager.
